FLYER is an excellently maintained Beneteau First 10R and is a proven race winner. She comes with an extensive sail inventory and is equipped with the upgraded rudder designed by Bruce Farr. She is the perfect racer/cruiser for someone looking in the 30-35′ range.
The 10R is a very versatile boat, both lively and fast! An excellent racer in PHRF, IRC, One Design or short handed. The 10R design is a comfortable dual-purpose boat with a usable and practical interior that is nicely finished. The spacious molded head forward with rounded hatch above allows for convenient spinnaker launches and retrievals. Compared to most racers of similar size and performance, the 10R offers more comfort, with the ability to sleep aboard, headroom to stand up, true galley, chart table, large head and storage, and sturdy construction. These capabilities set it apart from other boats!

Additional Information
Bruce Farr has designed a clean, and fast one design, with a very nice and simple interior for cruising.
On deck there is an ample cockpit, open transom, racing layout, but has cockpit seats for comfort. The foredeck even has an anchor locker for cruising. Below there are two aft cabins and two settee berths amidships, galley, chart table, and a warm wood paneling.
Flyer has an updated sail inventory, recently refinished bottom. The keel is a steel blade with a lead bulb.

Accomdations
The main salon is open an spacious. Settees, port and starboard convert into bunks and there is a removable dining table. Forward is the head. Set up for a shower and under the deck hatch, it is ideally suited for wet spinnakers. Aft of the salon you have a full chart table, with seat, facing forward. Electrical panel is outboard. Across, starboard, is the l-shaped galley. Two burner alcohol stove, double sinks, H/C pressure water and Ice box. all the way aft are the two aft cabins The two aft cabins complete the layout. The 10R is a racing boat yes, and a cruiser as well.
